Eligibility for promotion
To be eligible to receive up to $100,000 in credits for virtualized NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 on Crusoe Cloud (to be awarded at Crusoe’s discretion), applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Funding: The applicant must have raised a minimum of $10,000,000 USD in funding within the last 36 months, or possess an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of at least $10,000,000 USD.
- Focus: The applicant's primary focus must be on model training or inference workloads. Healthcare-related workloads are expressly excluded from this promotion.
- Customer status: The applicant must not be an existing customer of Crusoe.
- Founding date: The applicant company must have been legally founded in 2020 or later, with the last funding date occurring in 2022 or later.
Credit usage
Credits received through this promotion can be utilized for NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 on Crusoe Cloud under the following conditions:
- Availability: Credits are applicable for on-demand and spot instances, subject to availability.
- Reservations: Credits may also be applied as a discount towards reservations, pending availability.
